We take great care in transforming the produce from our vegetable and herb garden and the organic apple orchards surrounding the Gapphof into delicious treats.
Whether it’s fruit spreads, chutneys, herb salts, syrups, pestos, honey, or preserved fruit - you can purchase our products at the farm store, subject to availability. Of course, we also have fresh eggs from our hardworking chickens.
You'll also find many of our farm-fresh products in your breakfast box at our bed and breakfast near Merano.
Farm store for our guests
Our "Honesty Cellar" with its farm store is open to our guests at any time. You can help yourselves to items in the farm store and simply record what you’ve taken. By the way, our organic products make for a very popular and delicious souvenir to bring home from holiday.
