Our prices are per holiday rental for two people and include the Südtirol Guest Pass for Algund.
 

We charge a surcharge (per night) for each additional person:
 

• 0–2 years: free
• 3–15 years: €30-37(Breakfast included; depending on the apartment)
• 16 years and older: €48-58 (Breakfast included; depending on the apartment)
   

The local tax (for guests aged 14 and older) is not included in the total price of your stay. It will be calculated on-site at the end of your stay according to the municipal regulations in effect at the time of your stay.

Children ages 0–2 stay for free. For each additional guest ages 3 and up, a surcharge applies based on age, apartment, and time of year. You can find the rates for additional guests in the “Rates, additional guests & local taxes” section.

Dogs are welcome in our holiday rentals. We charge a surcharge of €25 per night for the first dog and €15 per night for each additional dog.
 

Our holiday rentals are dog-friendly and offer many thoughtful extras for your four-legged companions.

Minimum stay requirements vary depending on the season:
 

• July & August, as well as Christmas/New Year’s Eve: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
• June, September, October, and holidays: 4 nights
• Other times: 2–3 nights
   

For stays of 2–3 nights, we charge a short-stay surcharge. During the off-season, longer stays of 7 nights or more qualify for an attractive long-stay discount.

Breakfast included in the price Every morning, a rich box of fresh, genuine local products will be delivered directly to your door: crusty bread, butter and fresh milk from the local dairy, homemade jams and pastries, coffee and tea, accompanied by a daily selection of typical cold cuts and cheeses, plus seasonal surprises such as eggs from our farm or fresh juices.

On the day of arrival, the holiday rentals are ready for check-in starting at 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the units by 9:00 a.m.
 

During peak season, check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays. A surcharge may apply for check-in on other days. Depending on availability, early check-in or late check-out may also be possible (subject to a surcharge, if applicable).

Payment can be made in cash (up to €4,999.99), by bank transfer, or with a debit card.

A reservation becomes binding upon payment of a deposit to secure the reservation and receipt of the reservation confirmation.
 

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation terms in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Swiss Civil Code:

The reservation may be cancelled without an additional cancellation fee up to 90 days before arrival. The deposit will be retained.
 

For later cancellations, the following fees apply:
 

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed-upon total price
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed-upon total price
• In case of a “no-show” or early departure: 100% of the agreed-upon total price
   

Please notify us in a timely manner if you are unable to make your trip.

We recommend that you purchase the “Roter Hahn Cancellation Protection” when you make your reservation. That way, you’ll be covered in case of unforeseen events and can look forward to your holiday with greater peace of mind. You can calculate the premium here.

With the digital Südtirol Guest Pass Algund, you’ll enjoy numerous benefits during your stay:
 

• Use of all public transportation in South Tyrol (trains, buses, public cable cars), as well as the Rio Lagundo cable car
• Additional services provided by the Lagundo Tourism Association
• Valid for the entire duration of your stay, from arrival to departure

The Südtirol Guest Pass Algund is not valid for dogs; a single-ride ticket or a day pass must be purchased to transport them. Dogs must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle on public transportation.
 

A separate daily bike ticket must be purchased to transport bicycles on trains.

If you bring your own bikes, you can store them safely in our lockable bike storage room. You can rent bikes on-site at “Bike and Hike” and at “Bikepoint” in Lagundo. Both bike rental shops also offer guided bike tours.

You can help yourself and enjoy a relaxed drink from our honesty bar.. From soft drinks to South Tyrolean wines, feel free to take whatever you’d like. You’ll also find a variety of alcoholic beverages, tonic water, fresh fruit, and herbs from our garden - as well as an ice cube machine and cocktail shakers - so you can mix your own drinks.
