Tearms and conditions

All prices are per room per 2 person. Every person has to pay an additional amount related to the actual prices according to our website. Accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, internet, cleaning once flat has been vacated, brakefast and all fees and taxes are included in price, except the local tax. The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay.
The following are calculated separately:
amenities like the use of the washer.

Children under 4 don t get charged, children from 4 to 11 receive a reduction related to the actual prices according to our website.

You can pay cash for amounts under Euro 2.000,00 or by bank transfer, or by credit card.

Arrival and departure
Holiday flats are ready after 04:00 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to check out by 09:00 a.m.

Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:
In case of cancellation 90 or mor days before arrival only the deposit is retained by the landlord.
In case of cancellation from 90 – 30 days before arrival: 60% of the total price.
In case of cancellation from 30 days before arrival: 80 % of the total price.
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.

Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.

Cancellation conditions Corona
If a cancellation is necessary for the following reasons:
- South Tyrol or the municipality of Algund or the Gapphof are not allowed to accept guests.
- the country in which you live has issued a travel ban
you have the following options with us
- re-booking for a different period under the same conditions as your current booking
if the new period is not yet fixed, we can
- issue a voucher for the amount of the deposit for a reservation in the following year under the same conditions as the current reservation.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance, so that if your holiday is not possible for personal reasons (you or a member travelling with you has fallen ill with Corona, or for other personal reasons such as an accident, other illnesses, death in the family, etc.) we can cancel your booking. Your personal cancellation insurance would apply in these cases (please check the general terms and conditions of your travel cancellation insurance policy first).

Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
