Step into our little product corner at the Gapphof in South Tyrol and let yourself be enchanted by the scent of homemade delicacies – we call it our seventh heaven of indulgence! Here, lovingly prepared treasures await you, made directly from the freshest ingredients of our own organic farm.
Discover our diverse range: from fruit spreads and fragrant herb salts to spicy chutneys and various pestos, from preserved or dried fruits to walnuts, homemade syrups, our bee honey, and fresh eggs. Of course, there are also dried herbs, teas, apple juice, and – seasonally – crisp fresh fruits and vegetables, always available to our guests. Every jar, every bottle, every bite is a small piece of Gapphof love, directly from our berries, herbs, and the best our organic farming has to offer!
Farm Shop & Breakfast Experiences
Our farm shop is always freely accessible for house guests, practically like a private pantry. External guests are kindly asked to briefly register by phone or WhatsApp with our hostess Clio at +39 329 9626600. A quick call is all it takes, and the doors to our delights are open!
The common thread of our philosophy? Clearly: enjoyment that comes from the heart! You can feel this in our breakfast offer too. Start your day with our breakfast box, which turns into a little adventure every morning. The basis is always a solid and delicious foundation: fresh bread rolls from the village baker, fine butter and milk from the Algund dairy, our homemade jam, and exquisite sausage and cheese specialties from the region. Coffee, tea, and sugar are already available in your apartment for your first morning thirst.
Let yourself be surprised by our daily changing selection – boredom at the breakfast table? Not with us! But since we don't want to reveal too much and love the joy of surprise, many of the homemade and regional delicacies waiting for you in our breakfast box will remain our sweet secret until your visit!
